It empowers youth and women with technology skills, mentoring and hands-on experience with real projects from idea to launch. We equip beneficiaries with in-demand, future-focused technology skills as emerging leaders to drive transformative change and pave the way for a more inclusive future driven positively my technology.
We provided an opportunity for tech skill acquisition, leadership skill development, problem solving skills, practical hands-on projects, case studies, and collaboration with mentors to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios and a supportive community of female product managers/mentors to foster long term connections. Our aim is to contribute our quota to closing the gender gap in tech ownership and leadership by preparing women for impactful careers in product management.
Our Cohort 1.0 on Product Management was conducted virtually but we are hosting a closing/graduation ceremony in Abuja, Nigeria to motivate our beneficiaries through the support of industry leaders, present their certificates and celebrate their hard-work and dedication.
