Our impact initiatives are multipronged. We equip youth and empower women across communities in Nigeria and Africa through our network of trainings, programs, platforms, products and partnerships through curated trainings and collaborations with outstanding brands which help us to achieve our mission.
CCLAP is a cluster of curated community groups of participants who access trainings and hands-on skill acquisition sessions focused on our three focus skill areas: leadership, financial literacy & inclusion, & entrepreneurship skills.
The Youth and Women Mentoring annual event provides another opportunity for our partners and sponsors to showcase their outstanding products, services and programs to a thriving community of youthful participants and women.
T2 initiative focuses on equipping youth and women with essential technology skills. Through hands-on training and innovative programs, T2 aims to empower participants to excel in the tech industry and become leaders in their fields.
Wise Curious Creatives, through hands-on workshops and collaborative projects, program aims to inspire and empower participants to explore their creativity, develop new skills, and express themselves through various artistic mediums.
Africa has the youngest population in the world with 60% of her population below age 25. Nigeria has a vast and vibrant population of about 220million where 70% are below age 30 (World Bank).
Nigeria has an evident gap in practical hands-on skills coupled with the country’s high unemployment rate estimated at 53.4% (NBS, 2022).
The UN reports that labour force participation rates for women aged 25 -54 in 2022 was 61.4% compared to 90.6% for men. It further posits that promoting women’s economic justice and rights in the economy and closing gender gaps in the world of work are key to achieving the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
There is, therefore, an urgent need to close the rapidly expanding skills gap as the UN has predicted that the number of youths in Africa would have increased by 42% by year 2030.

At Wise Network Foundation, we provide sustainable solutions through scalable platforms that connect and equip youth and women with life skills focused on our three (3) pillar areas. We achieve this by serving as catalysts of change by providing access to hands-on trainings, platforms, products and services through progressive partnerships and various programs such as our Community Clusters of Accountability Peers (CCLAP), Wise Tech Titans, Wise Curious Creatives, Wise Learned Leaders, Wise Environmental Entrepreneurships, high school awareness campaigns, university group outreaches and corporate engagements, etc.
Our innovative initiatives are geared towards building the capacity of young people and women to enable them become economically viable and achieve their highest potential.
