The course today was an eye-opening and transformative experience. It was delivered with clarity and depth. I understood the key concepts. I particularly benefited from the modules on financial planning and accessing business funding opportunities. The training has equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to better manage my business finances and make informed decisions for growth.
My take home from today's training is "Having a system and a structure for your business."
The facilitator did a great work in explaining the difference between both systems and structure, and that will be my target for my business.
She also spoke extensively about the importance of brand marketing as it improves cash flow. The training so far has been value packed and, I'll make use of all I've learnt going further.
We had some take-home assignments to write out a business plan. Overall, you've done well
It was a value packed session, and I love the way the facilitator carried everyone along during the course of the training.
